The Group Barn
is patterned after an early 1900's Appalachian barn, and is great for family, youth, church, school, scouting and corporate groups, sleeping 44 people in style. This bunkhouse lodging has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people each. And a handicap-accessible bedroom with 4 bunks.  All rooms open to a wide front porch, have built-in bunks with mattresses, fans, reading lights and a private bath facility: hotwater shower, vanity and toilet. Bring your own bedding and pillow. All rooms including the kitchen and dining area are non-smoking.

A dining area and meeting room make for great group gatherings. The full kitchen is available for $25 (+ tax) per day. Cooking utensils are included, but bring your own plates, silverware and cups. A large charcoal grill is available for outside cooking as well as a fire ring for evening get togethers.

Prices:
Fri-Sat   $69 + 11% tax per room (8 bunks per room) 
Sun- Thur $49 + 11% tax per room (8 bunks per room)

22 acre grounds include:
Waterfall with overlook, ponds and hiking trails, a nature trail to Lake Fontana, a laundry, picnic area with grills and on-site pickup for rafting (if arranged ahead of time)

NO SMOKING OR PETS IN ANY UNITS! There will be a $100 cleaning fee if we determine that someone has smoked or that a pet was kept in any of the rooms at Falling Waters.
